“My life is meaningless.” cries one young local from Henan province, “I even want to end my life. I am tired of living.” This is becoming a nationwide cry amongst youth – a deadly one, and worse, often a silent one.

There are more than 200,000,000 children and young people studying in China’s schools and colleges.
From 2015, all children are required to learn English from kindergarten age.
There is now a giant deficit of English teachers in the nation.

CCSM will organise the team's in-China travel and accommodation. Airfares to China are not included in the team cost but CCSM will assist with advice on making your travel arrangements.
