Jesus is Born

This is the story of Jesus birth complete with Mary and Joseph, the shepherds, angels, wise men and the beautiful wandering star that signaled the birth of the messiah.



 

The Good Samaritan

This parable (a made up story used to teach a lesson) was told by Jesus and is as relevant today as it was then. Children will love the expressive illustrations while at the same time being challenged about the way they treat the people around them.



Jairus' Daughter Was Healed

When all hope was lost Jesus performed one of his greatest miracles. Jairus daughter was brought back to life. This book introduces the concept of faith and the healing power of God.




A Short Man Called Zacchaeus

In Luke chapter 19 Jesus calls Zacchaeus by name and stays in his home. Zacchaeus was a tax collector who cheated people out of their money. Yet Jesus knew he was ready to repent. This story demonstrates God's love for sinners.





Ruth

A tale of a very special friendship between a woman and her daughter-in- law. This demonstrates that life can be hard but shows a bad situation can be turned around. Though Ruth was a Gentile she became one of the ancestors of the Messiah himself.


The Crucifixion of Jesus

This book carefully depicts the betrayal and crucifixion of Jesus.
It sums up with questions for the reader such as, "When people are cruel to you, what would you do?"


The Prodigal Son

This story introduces children to the concept of unconditional love and forgiveness.





Blind Bartimaeus

This delightful book depicts the faith and determination of Bartimaeus to be healed by Jesus despite the efforts of people to stop him.



Jesus Calms the Storm

In this book children read about the power of Jesus to control even the wind and waves. It is summed up with questions that discuss issues of fear and faith.




Miraculous Healing

This is the story of Naaman, the commander of the Syranian army who became sick with a skin disease. He hears there is a God in Israel who heals.

This book covers a number of messages. One is how faith and obedience are both important to God. Another is the issue of greed and taking money for God's healing.

Jesus Is Alive

From Jesus burial to the ascension to heaven this book romps through the events and looks at the reactions of the people.  It includes the women at the tomb, the guards, the High Priest and the disciples of Jesus. 

The Unforgiving Servant

From the parable of the unforgiving servant told by Jesus, this book broaches the issue of forgiveness.  It covers how often do we have to forgive someone and why we should forgive. 



A Paralyzed Man Down From the Roof

This is another fun and beautifully illustrated children's book based on the paralyzed man in Luke 5: 17-26. The messages in this event include faith, determination and the power and authority of Jesus to forgive sins and heal. It also shows that there can be a link between sin and sickness.



Miraculous Change

This is the wonderful story of how Saul became Paul. Saul was a religious Jew who thought Christians were preaching lies about God and he hunted them down to have them punished.  But God had other plans. He completely changed Saul's life and even changed his name!


The Messenger Inside the Fish

The story of the city of Nivevah and the message God gave Jonah to tell them. But Jonah did not want to give the message to Ninevah. This story tells of Jonah's adventures as he tries to run away from God.
