Missionary Training

Ross Paterson, the founder of CCSM, saw the need to train missionaries who were prepared and able to stay the course long term. Without understanding of the country, language and culture even the most passionate missionary will fail to be effective. 

There are three Mission schools operating from bases in Taiwan and China.


China School Of Mission - for Chinese inside China with focus on cross-cultural outreach.

Antioch School of Mission - for Expats preparing for long-term mission work in China.

Barnabas School Of Mission - Taiwan based missionary training for ethnic Chinese.


Training offers you the ability to learn from those that have gone before. Share in the knowledge and wisdom of experience. A range of study options are available offering basic to in-depth courses with lecturers flown in from around the world.
